PAYMENTS
Coral accepts payments with:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- Advance bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (Italy only)
The transactions will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after: the credit card details have been verified; authorization to debit has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer.
In the event that, for any reason, within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the order it is not possible to debit the amounts due by the Customer from the Credit Card (i.e., in the case of bank transfer, the funds corresponding to these amounts are not available in Coral's bank account), it will not be possible to execute the contract and the order will be considered cancelled.
SHIPMENTS
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS Express (or SDA) with automatic tracking and delivery without signature.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage costs. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent paying particular attention to fragile objects.
The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.
The shipping cost in Italy for orders under €29.00 is €5.00, while it may vary in the EU.
