PAYMENTS
Coral accepts payments with:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Advance Bank Transfer
- Cash on delivery (Italy only)
Transactions will be charged to the Customer's Credit Card only after: the credit card details have been verified; authorization to charge has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer.
In the event that, for any reason, within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the order it is not possible to charge the amounts due by the Customer to the Credit Card (or, in the case of a bank transfer, the funds corresponding to such amounts are not available on Coral's bank account), it will not be possible to execute the contract and the order will be considered cancelled.
SHIPPING
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS Express (or SDA) with automatic tracking and drop-off without signature.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and postage. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package will be sent with special care for fragile items.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
The shipping cost to Italy for orders under €29.00 is €5.00, while it may vary in the EU.
