1. General Provisions These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the website www.https://coralnails.com/en/ (hereinafter, "Site"). The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or the "Customer"), understood as natural persons acting for purposes outside of their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity. The language available for concluding the contract is Italian. The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site, in order to allow their storage and reproduction by the Customer pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70. Contracts concluded with Coralnails.it (as defined below) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, "Ecommerce Decree").

3. Information relating to the Products The information relating to the « www.https://coralnails.com/en/ » Products susceptible to distance selling through the Site are available, with the relative product codes, on the Site. The aforementioned information is provided in compliance with articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.
4. Price: www.https://coralnails.com/en/ product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties excluding delivery costs. All prices are expressed in Euro
5. Ordering Products The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer relating to each Product. To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format to Coralnails.com , following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer must place the Product in the appropriate "cart" and, after having read the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution for delivery costs and the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy, must select the desired payment method and choose the "send order" option. Before sending the purchase order, the Customer will have the opportunity to correct any errors in data entry by following the appropriate modification procedure contained on the Site. In particular, the Customer has the right to modify the quantity of the Products he intends to purchase, adding or eliminating one or more Products from the "cart". By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts the General Conditions. The Customer will have the opportunity to view and follow the status of his order through the "Orders" area of his account. Coralnails.com reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. Coralnails.com will communicate to the Customer any impossibility of accepting orders received within 5 days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to Coralnails.com and will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply.
6. Payment methods The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card via the PAYPAL website, by bank transfer, or cash on delivery (with cash on delivery we do not accept orders over €1000) Coralnails.com accepts payments made with the following credit cards: Visa MasterCard The transaction will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after a) the credit card details have been verified, b) the debit authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer Coralnails.com also accepts payments made by bank transfer. The bank transfer must be made out to MONDO UNGHIE SRL and the order number must be indicated as the reason for payment. The bank transfer must be made within 5 working days of the order, after this deadline the unpaid order will be considered invalid and therefore cancelled. The order number must be indicated in the reason for payment. Any bank charges will be borne by the Customer. In the event that, for any reason, the debit of the amounts due by the Customer is impossible, the sales process is automatically cancelled and the sale automatically canceled. Coralnails.com also accepts payment made by courier upon delivery "Cash on Delivery" for this method there is an additional charge of 3 euros, in this case the Customer must hand over the amount of the order in cash to the courier responsible for the delivery of the goods. In the event that the package is refused by the Customer, the costs of storage and for the return of the goods will be at his expense.
7. Confirmation of receipt of the order In accordance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, at the time of execution of the contract, by email, confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer, containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the product ordered, its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal - with an indication of the times and methods for returning the goods - the geographical address to submit any complaints and information on existing assistance services and commercial guarantees.
8. Ineffectiveness of the order No contract shall be considered concluded between Coralnails.com and the Customer if Coralnails.com has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer is not acting on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in purchasing the products ordered, or is abusively exercising the right of withdrawal recognized by art.12 below. In such cases, the order sent by the Customer shall be considered ineffective. Coralnails.com will send the Customer, by e-mail, a communication certifying the failure to conclude the Contract, also taking care of the cancellation of any charge and/or expense to be borne by the Customer.
9. Transport and delivery The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. In any case, the Customer has the right to request delivery of the products to a natural person of his/her choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory. At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult over 18 years of age will be required. Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes. For each order placed on the Site, Coralnails.com issues an invoice for the goods shipped, sending it via email or together with the order, pursuant to DPR 445/2000 and D.Lgs. 52/2004. The information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering will be used to issue the invoice. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly highlighted on the Site and in the order form. The shipping cost in Italy for orders under €39.00 is €4.90, while it may vary in the EU. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the Customer. All purchases will be delivered by GLS italy spa. The customer can indicate a preference during the purchase from those proposed by Coralnails.com (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Coralnails.com is not responsible for unforeseeable delays. Coralnails.com or the designated express courier will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped, which will specify the tracking number of the shipment through which it will be possible to view, after entering it on the Courier's website, the status of the shipment. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum of 3 (three) days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to Coralnails.com , unless Coralnails.com communicates - within the same period, by email - the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods following the subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such communication, Coralnails.com will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply. In the event that, following communication from Coralnails.com of a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the Order, any amount already paid by the same will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to Coralnails.com For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative is required at the recipient's address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the package and/or to the Products or the lack of correspondence in the number of packages must be immediately contested by means of a written reservation of control on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package.
10. Right of withdrawal Coralnails.com wishes to guarantee complete Customer satisfaction. Pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to the following address: info@ https://coralnails.com/en/ containing: a) the expression of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code; b) the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal; c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase; d) the data relating to the Customer's bank account, exclusively in the event that the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer. Such communication may also be sent, within the aforementioned term of 14 (fourteen) days, by e-mail, telegram and fax. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Coralnails.com will refund the full price of the Products provided that these are returned by the Customer in normal condition and only if the return instructions above are correctly respected. Coralnails.com reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer. The delivery costs for the return of the Products are borne by the Customer; any costs incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable. Each delivery will contain easy instructions for the return of the Products. Coralnails.com undertakes to promptly refund the Customer no later than 15 days from the date of return of the Products. Coralnails.com will send an e-mail confirming the refund. Coralnails.com will not be responsible for the refund or compensation for Products that are returned but never received by Coralnails.com due to loss, theft or damage that are not attributable to Coralnails.com. If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order submitted, he/she must promptly send an email to info@ https://coralnails.com/en/. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to Coralnails.com. In this case, reference is made to the returns policy described above.
11. Product Replacement Coralnails.com intends to provide Customers with the possibility of replacing the Products purchased through the Site. To obtain the replacement of a Product, it is necessary to follow the procedure indicated below. The Customer who is not completely satisfied must keep all the documentation relating to the delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging and immediately contact Coralnails.com by email at the following address: info@ https://coralnails.com/en/. The Product to be replaced must arrive, in normal condition, sealed and unconsumed at the following address: Via Privata Oslavia 17/3 - Milan 20137. The fulfillment of the new order is subject to the availability of the requested Products. For perishable materials, any replacements can be made no later than 15 days after purchase. The shipping costs relating to the return of the Product are borne by the Customer. The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer by express courier without charging additional shipping costs in the next order placed by the customer, otherwise, if the customer wants the replacement product immediately, the shipping costs by express courier will be borne by the customer.
12. Lack of conformity In the event of lack of conformity of Products sold by Coralnails.com , the Customer must immediately contact Coralnails.com at the email address info@ https://coralnails.com/en/ of Coralnails.com. The legal guarantees provided for by articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of Products. The Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement or to an appropriate reduction in price or to the termination of the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to Coralnails.com within two months of the date on which he discovered the defect. The action aimed at asserting defects not fraudulently concealed by Coralnails.com expires, in any case, within twenty-six months of delivery of the goods.
13. Errors The information relating to the Products provided on the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. Coralnails.com reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update the information at any time without prior notice.
14. Applicable law and competent court These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law. For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italian territory.
