Please note that products marked "For professional use only" or "Professional use" are not intended for consumer use and must be handled exclusively by qualified personnel. MONDO UNGHIE SRL - Coralnails declines all responsibility for any misuse or transfer of these products.

1. General Provisions These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the website www.https://coralnails.com/en/ (hereinafter, "Site"). Use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or the "Customer"), understood as natural persons acting for purposes outside of their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity. The language available for concluding the contract is Italian. The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions made available on the Site, in order to allow their storage and reproduction by the Customer pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70. Contracts concluded with Coralnails .it (as defined below) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 (hereinafter, the "E-commerce Decree").

3. Product Information Information relating to the " www.https://coralnails.com/en/ " Products available for distance selling through the Site is available, along with the relevant product codes, on the Site. The aforementioned information is provided in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.

4. Price: www.https://coralnails.com/en/ product prices include all taxes and duties, excluding shipping costs. All prices are expressed in Euros.

5. Product Orders The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer for each Product. To purchase Products, the Customer must complete and send the electronic order form to Coralnails.com , following the instructions on the Site. The Customer must place the Product in the appropriate "cart" and, after having read the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution for delivery costs and the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy, must select the desired payment method and choose the "send order" option. Before submitting their purchase order, the Customer will have the opportunity to correct any data entry errors by following the specific modification procedure on the Site. In particular, the Customer has the right to modify the quantity of Products they intend to purchase, adding or removing one or more Products from the "cart". By submitting the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accept the General Conditions. Customers can view and track their order status through the "Orders" section of their account. Coralnails.com reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. Coralnails.com will notify the Customer of any inability to accept orders received within 5 days from the day after the Customer placed the order with Coralnails.com and will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer for the goods.

6. Payment Methods: The Customer may pay for the Products and related delivery costs by credit card via PAYPAL, by bank transfer, or by cash on delivery (orders over €1,000 are not accepted by cash on delivery). Coralnails.com accepts payments made with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. The transaction will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after a) the credit card details have been verified, and b) authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer. Coralnails.com also accepts payments made by bank transfer. The bank transfer must be made out to MONDO UNGHIE SRL and the order number must be indicated as the reason for payment. The bank transfer must be made within 5 working days of the order. After this time, the unpaid order will be deemed invalid and therefore cancelled. The order number must be indicated in the reason for payment. Any bank charges will be borne by the customer. If, for any reason, it is impossible to debit the amount due from the customer, the sales process will be automatically cancelled and the sale will be cancelled. Coralnails.com also accepts payment by courier upon delivery (Cash on Delivery). A 3 euro surcharge applies for this method. In this case, the customer must pay the order amount in cash to the courier responsible for delivering the goods. If the package is refused by the customer, storage and return costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Order Confirmation In accordance with the provisions of Article 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, upon execution of the contract, an email confirming receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer. This email contains a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the product ordered, its price, the amount paid, the right of withdrawal (with an indication of the time and method for returning the goods), the geographic address for submitting any complaints, and information on customer support services and existing commercial guarantees.

8. Ineffectiveness of the Order. No contract shall be deemed concluded between Coralnails.com and the Customer if Coralnails.com has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer is not acting on the basis of a genuine interest in purchasing the ordered products, or is abusively exercising the right of withdrawal recognized in Article 12 below. In such cases, the order placed by the Customer shall be deemed void. Coralnails.com will send the Customer, via email, a notification confirming the failure to conclude the Contract, also ensuring the cancellation of any charges and/or expenses incurred by the Customer.

9. Shipping and Delivery. Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. The Customer may, in any case, request delivery of the products to a natural person of their choice, whose residence or domicile is within Italy. Upon delivery, the signature of an adult over 18 years of age will be required. Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes. For each order placed on the Site, Coralnails.com issues an invoice for the shipped goods, sending it via email or with the order, pursuant to DPR 445/2000 and D.Lgs. 52/2004. The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly indicated on the Site and in the order form. The shipping cost in Italy for orders under €39.00 is €4.90, while it may vary within the EU. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the Customer. All purchases will be delivered by GLS Italy spa. The Customer may indicate a preference during the purchase process from those offered by Coralnails.com (hereinafter, the "Courier"), Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Coralnails.com is not responsible for unforeseeable delays. Coralnails.com or the designated express courier will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped. This email will contain the tracking number, which can be used to view the shipment status after entering it on the courier's website. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum of 3 (three) days from the day after the Customer placed the order with Coralnails.com , unless Coralnails.com communicates—within the same period, via email—the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods due to the sudden unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such notification, Coralnails.com will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer for the goods. If, following notification from Coralnails.com of a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the Order, any amount already paid will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the day after the Customer placed the order with Coralnails.com Delivery of the goods requires the presence of the Customer or a designated representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the transport document and that the package is intact and unaltered. Any damage to the package and/or Products or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately contested by writing a reservation of inspection on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics or the delivered package.

10. Right of Withdrawal Coralnails.com wishes to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. Pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of https://coralnails.com/en/ Products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to the following address: info@coralnails.com containing: a) the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code; b) the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal; c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase; d) the Customer's bank account details, exclusively in the event that the Customer has made payment by bank transfer. This communication may also be sent, within the aforementioned 14 (fourteen) day period, by email, telegram, or fax. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Coralnails.com will refund the full price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Customer in normal condition and only if the return instructions above are correctly followed. Coralnails.com reserves the right to refuse the return of any Products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer. Shipping costs for returning the Products are the responsibility of the Customer; any costs incurred by the Customer for redelivery will not be refundable. Each delivery will contain simple instructions for returning the Products. Coralnails.com undertakes to promptly refund the Customer no later than 15 days from the date of return of the Products. Coralnails.com will send an email confirming the refund. Coralnails.com will not be responsible for refunds or compensation for returned Products that were never received by Coralnails.com due to loss, theft, or damage not attributable to Coralnails.com. If the Customer wishes to change or cancel an order, he or she must promptly send an email to info@coralnails.com https://coralnails.com/en/. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or changed until the shipped goods have been returned to Coralnails.com. In this case, please refer to the returns policy described above.

11. Product Replacements Coralnails.com intends to offer Customers the option to replace Products purchased through the Site. To obtain a Product replacement, please follow the procedure below. Customers who are not completely satisfied must retain all delivery documentation and the Product itself in its original packaging and immediately contact Coralnails.com by email at the following address: info@coralnails.com https://coralnails.com/en/. The Product to be replaced must be received, in normal condition, sealed and unused, at the following address: Via Privata Oslavia 17/3 - Milan 20137. Processing of the new order is subject to availability of the requested Products. For perishable items, replacements can be made no later than 15 days after purchase. Shipping costs for returning the Product are the responsibility of the Customer. The replacement product will be sent to the customer via express courier without any additional shipping costs being charged on the customer's next order. Otherwise, if the customer wishes to receive the replacement product immediately, the express courier shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

12. Lack of Conformity In the event of lack of conformity of Products sold by Coralnails.com , the Customer must immediately contact Coralnails.com at https://coralnails.com/en/ Coralnails.com. The legal guarantees provided for in Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of Products. The Customer has the right to have the goods restored, free of charge, through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. The Customer will forfeit these rights if they fail to report the lack of conformity to Coralnails.com within two months of discovering the defect. Any action to assert defects not fraudulently concealed by Coralnails.com expires, in any case, within twenty-six months of delivery of the goods.

13. Errors. Product information provided on the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. Coralnails.com reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of these General Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
